Job Description
We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist, Brazil with a strong background in Demand Generation, Opportunity Optimization, and in building Communities & Relationships with Mid Market and Small Businesses. You will play a pivotal role at Zendesk Brazil, working alongside the Marketing and Sales teams, which are tasked with the exciting challenges of a growing company. You will lead activities focused on reinforcing and expanding the presence of Zendesk across the country. The role is part of a holistic Marketing team and will be based in Sao Paulo. Responsabilities
- Partner with local Regional Marketing, Sales and Channels Leadership to handle and track impactful quarterly marketing plans to meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Support and execute projects focused on Small and Medium markets
- Coordinate and execute first and third party initiatives
- Run agreements, PO control and invoice payment
- Track leads to ensure appropriate sales channel is following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Manager on the budget program, measuring return on investment through metrics analysis and reporting
- Utilize systems and tools such as Bizible, Excel, and SFDC to analyze pipeline and opportunity data to best settle marketing mix
- Connect with customers during 1:few or 1:many interactions, supporting the sales team during marketing engagements
- Develop integrated marketing strategies (campaigns, digital & press relations)
Qualification
- Strong relationship skills
- Run numerous projects at a time
- Ability to provide marketing strategies to sales and marketing leaders
- Reasonable understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles
- Good knowledge of Small and Mid Market segments
- Experience in startup companies is a differential
- Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and Zendesk's solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Coupa and Marketing Solutions (Eloqua, Marketo or Hubspot) is a plus
- Functional knowledge of Lead to Quote process and Marketing, Demand generation, for Lead Management
- Ability to work autonomously and independently, taking on projects ownership when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment
- Experience with enterprise-level campaigns execution, including lead generation, routing and nurture flows
- Advanced or fluent in English
