Engineering Manager, Metrics Quality and Test Tools

San Francisco

As an Engineering Manager on the Metrics Quality and Test Tools team, you’ll manage and grow a team to ensure the integrity of the business critical metrics and build scalable test tools and frameworks that enable product engineers to build high-quality experiences at scale to hundreds of millions of users each month. You’ll provide a vision to the team, drive technical excellence and partner with key stakeholders to prioritize team’s roadmap.

What you’ll do:

• Prioritize and allocate project work to your team of engineers
• Be responsible for predictable delivery of high impact projects
• Help engineers develop new skills and advance in their careers
• Understand future technical needs for the product and craft plans to realize them
• Provide visibility into the team’s impact to senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with client-side logging, data flow and data integrity
• Experience with automation test frameworks for iOS or Android or Web
• Ability to operate in rapid-paced environments and have experience building systems at scale
