Intellectual Property Operations Specialist

San Francisco

We’re looking for a detail-oriented high performer to join our team as an Intellectual Property Operations Specialist. You’ll work to build a quality system for our IP agents and create key performance metrics to ensure we’re on track. You’ll collaborate closely with our Legal and Engineering teams to execute on your goals, and will partner with other teammates across Trust & Safety and Community to build out your training and quality program.

What you’ll do :

• Dive deep into our workflows: identify themes and gaps in operational knowledge, and launch training programs to up-skill team’s understanding
• Develop and scale our training and on-boarding functions
• Analyze existing quality processes and tools to provide recommendations for improvements, and partner with engineering teams to implement changes
• Partner with Legal and Engineering to influence and improve the support provided to users
• Support our IP agents on core copyright and trademark workflows, with a focus on higher-touch or high-priority questions and escalations

What we’re looking for :

• 1-3 years of experience working in intellectual property operations
• 1-3 years of crisis response experience (e.g. escalations, law enforcement, legal)
• Consistent ability to deliver against goals
• A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills to help support the team
• Experience developing quality measurement systems a plus
