Associate Marketing Manager

Nextdoor is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Associate Marketing Manager to help produce, execute, and track the performance of key marketing initiatives. From email marketing to content development, you will play an important role in growing the Real Estate and Local business units.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create pitch decks and one-sheets for partners and customers
• Manage, organize, and update all marketing collateral, assets, and research
• Assist the Email Marketing Manager with strategy, recommendations, and implementation
• Partner with Customer Success and Content Marketing to source candidates for testimonials, case studies, and research initiatives
• Help monitor and manage Nextdoor’s social channels, passing SMB leads to sales and handling customer questions/activity
• Run on the ground logistics for events and special marketing initiatives
• Assist with editorial content sourcing and development using internal and third party resources
• Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities, the latest industry trends, and the competitive landscape

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience preferably in marketing, operations, or communications
• Basic knowledge of HTML a plus, not required
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Has a bias for action: takes initiative and runs with projects to complete high quality work
• Experience with Salesforce, Keynote, and Excel
• Knowledge of digital advertising landscape and emerging trends
