Zendesk is looking for a Digital Media & Performance Analyst to join their rapidly growing Latin American team. Reporting to the Senior Digital & Growth Marketing Manager LATAM. Your objectives will be to raise brand awareness across LATAM, grow the traffic to our websites, increase returns on lead generation activities, and support local demand generation campaigns. To achieve these objectives, you'll lead our digital advertising approach, from strategy to execution. Partner closely with our media agency, media partners and our HQ team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is skilled in paid advertising and have experience managing and working with digital agencies. Ideally, we would like for you to be passionate about customer experience and have a keen interest to work in a fast-growing Technology company like Zendesk.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the LATAM Regional Marketing teams, digital agencies and the Zendesk global digital team in San Francisco to develop and execute the LATAM digital marketing programs.
- Run and implement Digital Acquisitions Campaigns including Google Search, Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, twitter campaigns. Also, content syndication, paid listing and programmatic media.
- Connect on and offline marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent brand message regardless of platform or outlet, ensuring social is thoughtfully factored into partnerships, campaigns, and events.
- Craft, lead, and report on multiple advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate on Landing Page Optimization to drive lead conversion.
- Handle Native Advertising, including generating content.
- Produce monthly and weekly reports to track conversion rates and initiate improvements to campaigns and landing pages to benchmark success with “Return On Investment”.
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of Social and Native advertising.
- Lead productive working relationships with internal departments, clients, partners, and other team members.
- Conduct and evaluate customer research, market conditions and highly-competitive environment.
- Collaborate with local and global leadership to author, constructively edit, review and maintain overall documentation, such as status reports, timelines, strategic plans/presentations, client estimates, etc.
- Provide leadership in identifying new, creative opportunities to grow existing channels and expand into new channels to drive growth.
- Remain up to date with current web/technological trends and propose new ideas accordingly.
- Assist with other online projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Meaningful experience including PPC, e-marketing, social media, analytics, display.
- Knowledge of current online marketing trends and standard methodologies.
- Experience working with agencies and teams across time zones.
- Experience of digital marketing at strategic and hands-on operational level.
- Phenomenal teammate and experience with leading multiple business partners.
- Authoritative experience in frontend or backend development and program management. Be able to pass skills tests including pixel perfect PSD to HTML conversion.
- Experience in responsive design: HTML5, CSS3 media queries, and optimizing for mobile.
- Experience handling digital budgets and digital teams.
