About the Role

An exciting opportunity to help build a world-class PhD recruiting program! You will have your hands in shaping the end-to-end hiring process for both Interns + New Grads across North America. Once the right blueprints are in place, own scaling our University Recruiting efforts across the whole company within all skillsets and into our international markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to validate headcount for the upcoming year and build/maintain a strong pipeline to meet hiring demand
  • Deeply understand our business by building relationships with internal stakeholders and strategically influence business leaders on talent pipeline and hiring processes
  • Optimize data and our recruiting tools to identify and fix inefficiencies
  • Develop and execute campus and conference strategies by identifying top universities and building relationships with student organizations, professors & stakeholders
  • Plan and attend international conferences such as American Economic Association (AEA), Special Interest Group in Information Retrieval (SIGIR), and Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS)
What You’ll Need
  • 2 Minimum Years of Experience with University Recruiting, PhD Recruiting, University Programs
