About the role

What you'll do

  • Foster relationships: You’ll be tasked with supporting our hiring managers, building high-performing teams and partnering with our broader People Operations partners.
  • Candidate Obsession: Through your sourcing and hiring, you’ll master the art of turning a robust assessment process into an engaging and exciting candidate experience.
  • Strategy: You’ll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build hiring and execute on your hiring plans.
  • Champion Culture: You’ll immerse yourself into life at Uber at every level and become a true champion of our culture both internally and externally.
  • Drive improvement: You’ll constantly review and refine our recruiting practice, never settling for the status-quo.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years experience recruiting in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience of collaborating successfully with senior managers and business leaders
  • Proven experience working on a variety of roles at all levels
  • A strong passion for Uber’s mission and the impact our products can have on the world
  • World-class networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen
  • Proven experience using data to inform your hiring strategies and results
