Senior Central Operations Manager, Rider Access & Experience

About The Role

Be a part of the LatAm Central Ops Rider Access & Experience team, focused on everything related to give riders a great experience with the platform and moving up riders through the funnel. This team will focus on deeply understanding our riders and providing a consistently high quality experience that is customized to each rider and use case and also promoting their engagement on the platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage processes and initiatives related to Rider Access & Experience
• Work with Product teams to build and roll out products that help Latin America’s riders maximize their experience with the platform
• Analyze trends in the rider lifecycle to understand our greatest opportunities for improvement and engagement
• Work closely with the territory teams of Latin America to understand local Rider Experience & Engagement problems that need regional solutions
• Make the ongoing experience for riders as amazing as it can be
• Define a holistic experience strategy that solves for the main rider needs and pain points
• Lead cross-functional projects across Latin America and deliver impactful projects for Uber's business

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience and previously project leadership
• An interest in and passion for Uber business
• The ability to work autonomously, own and complete projects
• Stakeholder management. Experience with managing stakeholders at all levels and remote experience is a plus
• Product sense. You know what makes a product experience not just good, but amazing. You work cross-functionally with teams to create partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact.
• Analytics. Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• You're a self-starter and collaborator
• Centralization. Define core analysis and processes and scale them across Latin America and beyond.
• SQL knowledge a plus
