About the Role
Ever wondered what it’s like working for a company that continually grows an innovative suite of products that organisations want and need, and a market that is excited to adopt them? This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the Uber for Business team, and pioneer it’s growth.
We need a motivated, creative thinker and builder with previous sales experience who is passionate about building this business in the A/NZ market. You'll be on the frontline, creating go to market strategies for A/NZ’s largest Enterprises, and executing with laser focus . We need a highly motivated self-starter, who has experience working strategically at Enterprise level, and is excited about matching solutions across an innovative product suite that solves your customer’s problems. We are continually launching new products into the A/NZ market, and you’ll need to be willing to work with a suite of products, as well as help drive Beta testing of these products for long term growth.
Enterprise Account Executives work on a global scale to grow Uber's business through the addition of new customers. You will own the full-cycle sale of Uber for Business to a cohort of Australia and New Zealand's largest Enterprises. While we have marketing and biz dev support, this is a foundational business and you will also be required to source and qualify new companies. Rolling up your sleeves, finding innovative ways to build this business and leading from the front are all key qualities of this senior role. You will be working across all industries. including the key accounts within the Banking and Finance, Professional Services, Telco and Airlines.

Uber for Business is a suite of products that allows companies to improve the travel and eating experience of their employees, customers, patients and guests. Through utilising Uber’s technology we are able to provide unparalleled data for improved management and transparency over a company’s travel spend. As we continue to develop products we look toward creating a frictionless experience for companies and the people that they serve to be able to consume Uber’s services. With over 8000 customers across Australia and New Zealand the U4B A/NZ team strive to continually find new ways to improve the experiences of our customers.
As part of the team you will be working with mid-market and enterprise account executives, CSM’s, BDR’s, onboarding specialists and our local Marketing Manager, across the Melbourne and Sydney offices to drive personal and team success. You will also be collaborating with key internal stakeholders from rider and driver ops, legal, policy and commops.
