About the Role
As part of our Uber Eats Canadian Marketing team, you will be tasked with owning the communication and interaction with both prospective and existing restaurants on the Uber Eats platform. Working closely with Sales, Restaurant Operations, and Customer Success, you’ll design and execute programs to increase awareness and acquire new partners, drive engagement amongst existing restaurants, and overall establish ourselves as a valuable and contributing member of the restaurant community.
We are deeply customer obsessed and the challenges we tackle require bold ideas, creative problem solving, obsession with pursuing perfection, ownership, and fearlessness in the face of uncertainty. Our team works in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and highly collaborative environment. We need someone who is comfortable developing process management tools in tandem with executing. This role offers a meaningful intersection of business development, account management, data analytics, campaign planning, and creative execution.

Canada’s Uber Eats Marketing team is helping to drive new user acquisition and customer delight for hundreds of thousands of deliveries across Canada. Our team is responsible for B2B and B2C marketing efforts to all audiences of the three-sided marketplace: Eaters, Restaurants and Delivery Partners. For all stakeholders, our efforts look to define the potential for the new and nascent food delivery category by driving awareness but also building brand love through magical programs with restaurants and brand partners.
We leverage our robust analytics to develop marketing strategy, execute quickly across owned channels, and experiment with tactics to quickly optimize our performance. It requires data driven, deeply creative, strong executors to efficiently manage the end-to-end marketing process in over 23 cities (and growing!).
