About the Role

The Latin America Greenlight team is part of the Global Community Operations organization which provides premier customer support to the Uber community. This role is part of the Greenlight Program team, a group responsible for strategy & customer experience design for our network of 200+ in-person centers that serve transportation partners face-to-face.

The Greenlight Program team focuses on driving the future of the Greenlight organization and leads our Operational Strategy and Project Management region-wide. The Senior Program Manager for Uber Eats will bring strategic projects to life across Latin America working closely with the Uber Eats Regional Operations team to drive operational and logistics efficiencies that result in excellent face-to-face customer experiences for our couriers across Latin America.

This is an intense business side startup role, and you will work with the Uber Eats community operations teams along with headquarters-based engineering, product, and process teams. You will have direct responsibility for the growth and customer experience of the Uber Eats business.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage large scale projects from strategy through implementation across Latin America
  • Develop key strategic initiatives that will help drive the Greenlight organization into the future in conjunction with regional Greenlight and Customer Experience teams
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency through optimization & standardization of Eats supply chain and customer operations processes
  • Identify opportunities in our processes and operational models, driving strategic projects aimed at making improvements with global impact
  • Serve as a critical thought partner to Greenlight leadership and UberEats leadership in developing a best-in-class experience for the customer
  • Manage key stakeholders relationships with the Global Greenlight program teams, regional Community Operations leads in Latin America, and Uber Eats regional leadership team
About the Team

The Latin America Greenlight Program team develops and implements strategy for the network of Uber Greenlight locations across 15+ countries in LatAm. Uber Greenlight locations help new driver and delivery partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and serve as a logistics hub for the city. Uber Greenlight locations serve as the face of our brand for local communities.
