About the Role

The sr. account representative role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales and negotiation skills to grow the number and quality of restaurants partnering with Uber eats in your region . We are looking for a true hunter, someone who is natural at selling, passionate about food and Uber, and enjoys prospecting businesses to build the best partnerships. Your primary focus will be building a strong pipeline to bring new restaurants onto the platform. You’ll leverage your skills in emailing, cold-calling, and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product and vision and act as an ambassador of Uber Eats’ mission, brand, and product

  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects by leveraging phone, email, internal databases and other creative means such as referrals, social media and webinars

  • Follow up on marketing efforts to maximize pipeline generated through online and offline campaigns

  • Manage a portfolio of nurtured leads to re-engage

  • Build strong relationships to foster long-lasting partnerships with the best restaurants in your region

  • Capture and formalize market insights to support strategic decisions

  • Partner with our onboarding teams to smoothly bring the restaurants you have signed online

  • Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others

  • Ensure calls and opportunities are tracked in the CRM

  • Support team lead in peer coaching and maintaining overall sales quality and data hygiene
  • Help shape the optimal qualification criteria to identify the ideal customer

What You’ll Need

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills

  • Exceptional listening, communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

  • A true can-do attitude
  • Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail

  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to improvement of your craft

  • Genuine curiosity about people and business and a passion for Uber Eats and food

  • An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; hustle and determination

  • Past experience in a sales role required
  • Experience working with a CRM tool highly preferred (e.g Salesforce)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
