About the Role

The Project Manager, Global Shared Services will lead key strategic projects within the global shared services function. This team is focused on centralizing scale-intensive operations in order to promote efficiency, identify cost savings, and deliver a best-in-class experience for internal stakeholders.

This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team that is building a high-impact, global program from the ground up. We’re looking for a highly organized professional who can multitask and manage operations while coordinating with stakeholders. The right candidate for this role is an analytical thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills. In this role, the ability to clearly communicate a present information to stakeholders at all levels of the business is a must. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is excited to build and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement key strategic projects that will help to build and scale the shared services function
  • Engage directly with business owners for sharing team performance, setting up new workflows, content management, escalations and feedback
  • Collaborate with content specialists and service delivery teams to facilitate project planning, solutioning and team performance management
  • Drive analyses and make strategic recommendations to improve their functions’ health
  • Define KPIs and SLAs for their functions in collaboration with business owners
  • Identify opportunities for continuously gain efficiencies through process improvement and automation

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of operations project management experience
  • Absolute team player and ability to bring different opinions to consensus
  • Strong communication, presentation and organization skills - ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear messages
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. Self-starter attitude is a must!
