About the Role

The Regional Marketing Manager role for Central Eastern Europe is a unique opportunity to help grow one of Uber’s newest services: Uber Eats, which is in the process of expanding across multiple countries in CEE.

Uber Eats is looking for a highly strategic and analytical regional marketing manager who can take develop and execute most some of the impactful campaigns across our a dozen of cities in Central Eastern Europe. This regional role is a key resource for local marketing and operations teams to grow / retain our customers. The right person will be comfortable in an environment requiring flexibility and initiative, working on multiple campaigns across international, diverse teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Quantify everything you do by leveraging eaters, restaurant and delivery partner insights, conduct analysis and experimentation to identify the highest value opportunities for communication or partnerships.
  • Campaign Planning & Prioritization: Structure communication message and delivery (e.g. channel, format) in order to achieve targeted outreach goals based on need and opportunity across all markets in Central Eastern Europe
  • Data-driven Decision making: Act as a thought partner to the General Managers and Head of Marketing with regards to deploying marketing budgets in the most efficient way whilst maximising growth.
  • Communication Channels: Help develop channel efficiency and effectiveness for our campaigns to maximize impact and growth.
What You’ll Need:
  • A good mix of creativity, operational and growth hacking skills, proven by working in different fields or on different projects.
  • Written communication - You have strong written communication skills, especially in the context of consumer marketing. You’ll define the tone of the Uber Eats communication and will be supervising the creation of user content.
  • A bias for data. Experience making data-driven marketing decisions, proficiency with measuring effectiveness of campaigns and marketing KPIs through various tools and online/offline measurement methods.
  • High-energy, creative, highly collaborative, team-oriented, driven individual with a passion for executing high quality, successful marketing programs.
  • Language - Excellent spoken and written English, mandatory Polish language proficiency.
  • You’re a results-oriented self-starter, and a great communicator.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items.
