About the Role

Uber Eats is looking for a Operations Coordinator who can have a direct impact on the success of what will become one of Uber Eats’ largest countries in the region. The Operations Coordinator will work with a stellar operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber, while also supporting analytical needs across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Create tools for analysis: You will scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently utilise data for decisions
• Stakeholder and project management: You will help operations drive optimisation and marketplace efficiency, by helping execute on strategic operations
• Build and document processes: Build, document and scale world-class decision-making reports that will help optimize the marketplace
• Operational Support: Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large events, promotions and program initiatives

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 1 years work experience within a data driven role
• Experience working in Saudi
• Superior organizational skills - organizing and planning are your jam
• Meticulous attention to detail - the little stuff doesn't get past you!
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
