Reporting into the New Mobilities Marketing team’s Global Senior Program Manager, this role will have a broad scope to support the development, measurement, and reporting of strategic initiatives for work on JUMP, transit, workforce, and more. This role will be a key partner to Local, Web, and Social leads as well as having internal oversight to drive internal communications and touchpoints across upwards and downwards reporting platforms of differing cadences.

What You'll Do

• Develop data analysis on global projects to inform strategic decisions.
• Measure impact and efficiency of new projects and team processes.
• Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city-level, regional, and global JUMP Marketers and JUMP Marketing Stakeholders.
• Proactively develop new KPIs/metrics to identify trends across city, countries and mega-regions
• Write queries and perform ad hoc data analysis to keep us laser-focused in the right direction.
• Create, improve, and automate reporting methods.
• Support the ongoing budget-management program across the JUMP Marketing team.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role; high-growth analytics or marketing operations experience a plus,
• A team player with strong communication and organization skills
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
• Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. Self-starter attitude is a must!
• Exceptional data analysis skills;
• Basic statistical knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of budget planning / PnL
• Advanced manipulation of large data sets
• Advanced SQL
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social listening, CRM, and other tools often in a marketer’s toolbelt
