Lyft is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us strategically grow our world-class Product Design team. We're looking for a seasoned recruiter who can drive and manage an efficient yet quality process and be a strategic partner to our hiring managers. You should have experience owning a pipeline and reporting out on your success.

The teams we support allow access to business and user behavior insights, are always focused on quality and impact and create elegantly simple solutions to multi-faceted problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Product Design org ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience
  • Partner with internal clients to develop hiring strategies for current and future needs
  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
  • Creatively source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases for very niche roles.
  • Meet regularly with Lyft hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
  • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager and any relevant stakeholders as well as working cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc.
  • Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements

Experience & Skills:

  • Full cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house and/or agency
  • Specific experience managing technical pipelines (Creative, Product Design, SWE, Mobile)
  • Client management, offer negotiation & ability to close
