Job Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Marketing Specialist to support our Enterprise Marketing activities in EMEA, assisting with regional campaign planning, execution, coordination, and content creation. You will manage multiple program elements, in order to drive new qualified leads into the pipeline, develop the Enterprise brand, expand existing Enterprise customer accounts, support business goals & deliver against Hootsuite’s growth objectives. This role involves building meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, customer success, partner, field marketing, email, design, blog and social teams. This role reports to the Enterprise Field Marketing Manager, and is based in Hootsuite's London offices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Understand and use insights from global research, organisational data and customer insights to create relevant local and localize existing campaigns as well as to proactively identify market gaps and opportunities
  • Manage regional marketing campaigns - ranging from content creation and demand generation to Hootsuite owned and large event management - including ownership of campaign costs against approved budget and to the agreed time scale
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams across EMEA and HQ to ensure task completion and seamless transition between responsibilities according to timelines
  • Work closely with sales and customer facing teams to understand messaging, create targeted programmes and enable the sales team with relevant marketing materials to ensure the campaign success e.g. brief, debrief & follow-up.
  • Engage with internal teams and customers to support telling customer stories via case studies, event speaking slots and customer videos
  • Understand and track results, KPI’s and return on investment of all marketing campaigns including lead funnel management to support strategic recommendations, pipeline projections and learnings for in-market and future campaigns
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Field marketing Manager, Global Field Marketing and Growth Marketing teams, both, in regions as well as Vancouver (HQ), to execute tactics of the enterprise marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business other related field or experience to match.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a marketing role, in a startup, SaaS or a B2B business environment
  • Good experience of campaign marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS and/or B2B
  • Event management experience and proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, including but not limited to PR, Webinars, Event activations, Brand Campaigns & Demand Gen
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritising group needs over individual needs
  • Ability to coordinate third party contribution (agencies, partners, influencers, ..)
