RN Sourcer/Clinical Recruiter
In-house or remote

At MultiCare, our nurse recruiters hire over 500 nurses each year. But they need a partner who can help them hire even more.  That’s where you come in.  We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated sourcing expert to help us build a pipeline of RN and RN leadership talent.  This newly created position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.  It can be based at our office in Tacoma, WA or from a remote home office.

Why choose this job?
If you’re a great sourcer, we know you have options. We’d be lucky to hire you. But we think you’d be lucky to join us too.  Here’s why:

Grow something from scratch. Do you want to follow in someone’s footsteps or blaze your own trail? If you’re a leader (not a follower), we’d like to hear from you.

Size matters. With eight hospitals and nearly 17,000 employees, we’re now the largest community-based, locally governed health system in the state of Washington. So, we’re big enough to offer plenty of challenge but small enough that you won’t get “lost in the system”.

We’re changing healthcare for the better: MultiCare is leading the way to more accessible, more affordable health care. The work you do will directly impact our mission of "partnering for healing and a healthy future."

We invest in people, not profits: Strong financial stewardship allows us to invest in the health of local communities, and the growth of our employees.  This year we’ll invest over $2 million in tuition reimbursement and other continuing education programs for our employees.

Minimum Requirements:
To qualify, you’ll need at least two years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in health care. Our ideal candidate will also have proven sourcing skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and expert knowledge of evolving sourcing technologies.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field is required. Substantial recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. HR or Recruiting certification would be a plus, but is not required.
