Business Strategy & Operations Manager - LatAm

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Latam Strategy & Operations team, based in Miami. You will play a key role in driving business performance across the region by leading market analysis, supporting strategic planning, and managing operational processes to help the business scale. This role reports directly to the Head of LatAm Strategy and Operations, and will work closely with local market leaders and global functional partners.

What You'll Do

• Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities, to inform strategic decision
• Support teams with market insights and strategic analysis
• Lead business reviews and performance tracking across the region
• Build clear, data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Data storytelling: translate complex analyses into relevant narratives and actionable insights
• Develop cross-functional reports to track market KPIs, business health, and key initiatives
• Design and manage regional operating processes to improve efficiency and cross-functional alignment
• Partner with markets to resolve roadblocks and scale initiatives
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Drive execution of cross-functional strategic projects as needed

Who You Are

• 5+ years in consulting or strategy/operations roles
• Strong strategic thinker with a process mindset and a track record of leading complex projects
• Strong analytical skills; fluent in Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau; SQL a plus
• Collaborative, curious, and solutions-oriented, with a genuine and flexible attitude
• Excellent communicator both written/verbal and with sharp presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional, international teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
• Self-driven and proactive, with a bias for action
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred
• Background in music, tech, or digital media is a plus

Where You'll Be

• This role is based in Miami, FL.
• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.

The United States base range for this position is $66,815- $95,450 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
