The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Flight Simulation Lab Audio Visual Integration and Solution Architect to join our Flight Simulation Labs located in Berkeley, MO.

As part of the Flight Simulation Labs Operations team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting Flight Simulation hardware requiring technical skills in both hardware and electrical development as well as trouble shooting. In this role you will be supporting designing, fabricating, and modifications to Boeing manufactured Lab equipment and Simulators.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the Design, Installation, and Maintenance of large area Samsung, Sony, and Planar display walls.
• Support the design, installation, and maintenance of Barco projection systems on spherical surfaces.
• Color blend and Warp video across multiple surfaces to support simulation test.
• Provide specifications and recommendations of display systems to organizational leadership.
• Order and track the delivery/installation of video systems

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

• An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years of work-related experience with a Masters degree OR 13+ years of work-related experience
• Experience in Audio Visual, Telecommunications, Information Systems, and Computer Networking
• Experience in Audio/Video installations and upgrades to existing systems to include digital video and audio carried over computer networks.
• Experience with Information Technology Networking Support involving Video Conferencing Systems with Multiple Display Configurations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience Installing, Programming, Tuning, and Commissioning Audio/Video Installations That Include Advanced Computer Networking Requirements such as AVoIP
• Experience With Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Commissioning of Crestron, Extron, Integrated A/V Systems Using Samsung, Planar, and Christie Video Display Walls

Typical Education/ Experience:

• Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range:

Level 4: $76,500 - $103,500
