This assignment posting is for an Agency Worker opportunity with Dotdash Meredith. The Agency Worker is paid by a staffing agency employer. Agency Workers will receive a W2 from the staffing agency reporting their earnings for tax purposes. Photo Producer, InStyle As a photo producer for InStyle’s shopping team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and post-production of our editorial photoshoots. You will collaborate with photographers, our research & testing team, our testing lab, editors, and talent to ensure that every shoot aligns with our brand identity and visual standards. This is a key position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a keen eye for storytelling through imagery particularly in the beauty and fashion spaces.Assignment Details: 40 hours a weekStart date: ASAPEnd date: 3 months with potential to extendHourly Rate: $28 Location: New York DDM OfficeAssignment Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize the creative direction and mood boards for all photoshoots where we showcase the testing of beauty and fashion products
• Oversee set design and ensure all props and accessories are in line with the overall concept and brand image
• Act as an on-set producer, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth execution of creative vision
• Work with post-production teams to review, select, and finalize image assets
• Maintain a library of approved photography assets and ensure proper usage across platforms

Skills/Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree required, preferably in photography, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years previous experience in a studio environment.
• Knowledgeable: You are passionate about photography, first and foremost. You are comfortable working on photoshoot sets and delivering real-time feedback and direction.
• Self-motivated: You’re a self-starter through and through. You are deadline-driven and committed to delivering on time and beyond expectations.
• A multitasker: When it comes to juggling multiple projects at once, you’re a pro; you anticipate needs before they arise.
• Flexible: Highly adaptable to supporting frequent changes in direction and workflow; ability to support multiple photographers with simultaneous assignments
• Physical Job Requirements: Requires standing for extended periods of time during on-set photo shoots and production days
