This Position is in Anchorage, AK there is no Relocation associated with the position. This role is considered a field position and cannot be done remotely and only within market. You will be supporting store locations weekly including Weekends, Holidays and late evenings.

In the role as Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.

• Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.

Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related sales experience.

Our Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales Managers earn between $61,700 - $92,500 of TSR + $20,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
