We are looking for an Education Operations Specialist to join our global Education team in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to the senior manager of Technical Education. In this role, you will work closely with the senior manager to oversee daily business operations and proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance. You will plan and coordinate with the required stakeholders for effective education training.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to oversee daily business operations and manage the education training schedule.
  • Coordinate instructor availability with Infoblox employees, contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Recommend improvements to boost sales performance and partner with various departments to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor training orders, manage supplier relations, and handle customer, client, and contractor correspondence.
  • Implement and maintain training management systems and tools, and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
  • Track and analyze training metrics to assess program effectiveness and provide technical support during training sessions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the education portfolio to answer customer questions on the available education.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative professional, preferably in high-tech or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong cultural fit with a passion for work, enthusiasm, good judgment, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Outlook calendar, the Microsoft Office suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with program management, timelines, spreadsheets, and planning.
  • Ability to manage priorities and projects independently in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal communication style, and the ability to handle ambiguity with flexibility.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools.

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

  • Respond to customer, client, and contractor emails and manage training classes in the training management system.
  • Produce operational reports and successfully coordinate multiple training sessions with minimal supervision.

After about a year, you will...

  • Undertake tasks with minimal supervision, manage the education training schedule, and process incoming training orders.
  • Develop and implement improvements to training processes based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and training partners.
