Enterprise Account Executive with a strong focus on
new business and new logo acquisition to drive our expansion across the UK and Europe. At Hyperscience, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing net-new enterprise customers, positioning our AI-powered automation solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and improve customer experience. We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record in
Enterprise SaaS sales , particularly those experienced in
hunting new opportunities within the Enterprise FS/Insurance sector , managing complex sales cycles, and navigating multi-stakeholder engagements and procurement processes. This hybrid role includes a mix of remote work, bi-weekly team meetings in London, and regular customer visits across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new business within the insurance sector , meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Develop a deep understanding of our AI-driven automation solutions and their impact on customers
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals .
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting , leveraging data to optimize strategies
- Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships and drive adoption
- Collaborate with partners, marketing, and solutions teams to expand market presence
- Act as a trusted advisor to insurance executives , guiding them through digital transformation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience , selling into insurance or financial services
- Strong track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with C-level engagement
- Passionate about AI-driven solutions and their role in transforming business operations
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technology and/or AI, GenAI solutions
