What You’ll Do:

• Lead large-scale event logistics – independently plan and execute conferences, symposia, advisory boards, and masterclasses, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Travel to premier destinations – oversee on-site execution, manage vendors, direct staff, and create unforgettable event experiences worldwide.
• Own event budgets – manage forecasting, cost tracking, and vendor negotiations to optimize efficiency.
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives – collaborate with internal teams to boost attendance and engagement at events.
• Enhance operational excellence – implement best practices to streamline event planning processes and elevate attendee satisfaction.
• Build strong industry relationships – maintain partnerships with top venues, vendors, and service providers.
• Stay ahead of the curve – keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative event solutions to elevate the attendee experience.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned event pro – Ideally 7+ years of experience planning conferences with 25-500+ attendees.
• A travel enthusiast – comfortable with international and domestic travel (up to 40%) and flexible for evenings and weekends as needed.
• A master multitasker – highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple high-stakes projects with precision.
• A natural problem solver – adaptable, quick-thinking, and always prepared for the unexpected.
• A people connector – skilled in building strong relationships with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and event management tools (Workfront experience is a plus!).
• Credentialed for success a CMP certification is a plus.
• Physically prepared – able to lift up to 50 lbs for event setup and breakdown.
