Boeing Global Services, Ground Support Equipment is currently seeking a Mid-Level Material Management Analyst for our Berkeley, MO (St. Louis area) facility.

Ground Support Equipment provides engineering, test, and support equipment to customer fleets both domestic and foreign. The team is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, spares, and repairs to support launch, recovery, and overhaul of customer fleets.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings and parts lists.
• Ability to manage small to medium size projects from beginning to end, management of production configurations, support of bid and proposal activity, and usage of a material management system to process hardware, work, and fabrication orders.
• Works under general supervision.
• Coordinates and schedules on time delivery of complex parts and commodities following established procedures.
• Performs audits and other forms of analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.
• Reconciles discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
• Coordinates the flow of materials management related information between and among internal and external recipients.
• Interprets information to identify problems and supply chain trends or patterns.
• Coordinates with required organizations to resolve problems affecting the supply chain.
• Releases order to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate manufacture of products.
• Works under consultative direction.
• May be asked to support other programs and duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience or education in project management such as scheduling, resource management, and performance measures.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Mid-Level Summary pay Range: $75,500 – 103,500
