We help pharma brands deliver targeted, high-impact campaigns that engage and educate their key audiences.About the roleMedscape Education (part of WebMD) is seeking a skilled Medical Writer to craft compelling grant proposals that secure funding for cutting-edge continuing medical education (CME) programs. These programs help clinicians stay up to date with the latest medical advances while improving patient outcomes.This hybrid role (London-based) offers the chance to work across a range of therapeutic areas, collaborating with internal teams and external experts to bring innovative educational initiatives to life.What you'll do
  • Research and write scientifically robust, compelling grant proposals for CME funding
  • Develop clear needs assessments backed by clinical evidence and data
  • Work with internal stakeholders (medical education directors, account managers, clinical strategists) to ensure high-quality submissions
  • Craft proposals that align with ACCME standards and best practices in medical education
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring quality and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years’ experience in medical education, grant writing, or scientific communications
  • Strong ability to translate complex scientific data into engaging, accessible content
  • Knowledge of CME accreditation, instructional design, and medical education best practices
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset – able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Degree in life sciences, public health, journalism, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools for writing efficiency
