We are seeking an experienced Manager of Workplace Experience to manage and oversee all workplace-related activities and operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and functional work environment for our employees.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

About the role

The role sits among the Global Security and Workplace Solutions team and within the broader People Shared Services organization; therefore, there is a strong expectation for collaboration with Safety, Security and People Operations. We seek an exceptional east coast Manager of Workplace Experience ready to take our offices (NYC, Boston, Stamford, CT & Concord, MA) to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class employee experience by creating a happy and productive environment for our team. You will be critical in ensuring our workplace is safe and functional and fosters productivity and collaboration. Additionally, you will play an essential role in shaping and executing Roku's workplace experience programs, including driving excellent service delivery on a regional level. What you’ll be doing

  • People Manager with regional responsibilities.
  • Lead direct reports to oversee multiple office locations.
  • Main point of contact to facilitate region-wide negotiations and challenges with senior leaders.
  • Ensure designated offices follow GSWS strategy that includes consistent quality of service and protocols.
  • Manage budget for regional offices within portfolio.
  • Strategically coordinate team resources to support ad-hoc projects, events and logistics (e.g., shipping).
  • Develop regional programs and ensure global alignment within the Workplace organization.

We’re excited if you have

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar Regional/Multi-Office Workplace Experience or Facilities Manager role, with a proven track record of success in managing workplace operations, experience and facilities.
  • Prior experience creating & executing workplace / employee experience programs.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and employee support.
  • Ownership and accountability for all workplace-related activities, with a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude.
  • Proficiency and efficiency across Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Confluence and Jira experience preferred.
