Job Description

This position will require you to be in theGreater Cleveland, OH Area We are presently in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH The Content Analyst’s responsibilities include harnessing data to inform business decisions and strategy. This position involves creating detailed reports and visualizations, uncovering trends, and delivering actionable insights that propel the company forward. This high-impact role requires presenting data-driven analyses and innovative ideas to stakeholders across the company, supporting the goals and initiatives of the Content group. You will work with some of the largest publishers and content creators in the media and digital media industry to drive innovation and make a significant impact in the fast-paced digital media market.
Responsibilities:
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and visualization tools.
  • Create complex reports and dashboards to present data insights.
  • Develop data models to support business decision-making.
  • Identify issues and propose data-informed solutions.
  • Contribute to strategies to optimize business processes based on data analysis.
  • Use data to forecast future trends and assist in strategic planning.
  • Maintain and update documentation for data analysis processes.
  • Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders and delivering basic insights.
  • Support projects by providing data analysis and contributing to project tasks.
  • Deep curiosity to drive innovation in data analysis practices.
  • Proactive in seeking new knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of the field.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong ability to perform complex data analysis and modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and enterprise visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Some knowledge of the media and digital media industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
