The Product Experience Team at Zoox works across the company to define and champion the “Human Experience." The team focuses on a wide range of products that collectively power a world class customer experience, including areas like our mobile ride-hailing apps, pickup & drop off experience, and in-vehicle experience. In this role, you will support our product management team in both strategic product definition and get your hands dirty working cross-functionally to oversee the PDLC. In this Role, You Will...

• Have a unique opportunity to contribute to a multi-year product strategy and roadmap that inspires your team and pushes boundaries
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer, market, and business objectives to find new opportunities and align your products and features to company goals
• Identify opportunities, own features, and write user stories to drive incremental improvements
• Ruthlessly prioritize features and ensure priorities are clearly communicated at all times

Qualifications

• You will graduate in winter 2025 or summer 2026 with a Bachelor’s, Master's or MBA degree
• You possess a passion for impactful user experiences and have relentless attention to detail
• You have a track record of taking action and delivering
• You can balance long-term strategic objectives against near-term tactical wins
• You’re extremely comfortable with data and can navigate complex tradeoffs in a structured way

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior product management or entrepreneurial experience
• You have developed consumer mobile applications or web experiences
• Experience working in the AV, mobility, or ride-hailing industries

Compensation The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
