Interview/meeting scheduling and arrangement
Position open, job posting, agent registration, interviewer and candidate registration on ATS
Report creation and presentation (MS Office, ChatGPT)
Admin support for onboarding process
Taleo operation
Procurement support: vendor registration and payment arrangement
