This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive, international environment, with regular meetings and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an AFC Sanctions & Investigations Intern at Qonto, you will: • Execute internal audits to ensure compliance and efficiency across the French market and central processes. • Collaborate with various teams to identify risks and implement effective control measures. • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance. • Develop and maintain a robust internal audit framework to support Qonto's growth and regulatory requirements. • Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering strategic guidance on risk management and process improvements. 🤔 What you can expect: • Evolve in a challenging and stimulating work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement. • Learn to work in a lean management environment, applying the Qonto Way method to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Build actionable knowledge on various topics, from business stakes to regulatory requirements, contributing to strategic projects. • Contribute to the growth and development of the Anti Financial Crime team, playing a key role in securing Qonto's operations and compliance. 🤝 About your future manager Marina is a dedicated professional with a rich background in Financial Crime prevention and Compliance. Her dedication to maintaining a robust compliance culture is vital to Qonto's reputation as a trusted financial institution. 🏅 About You • You have studied or are studying a degree in Law, Economics, Compliance, Finance or something related. • You define yourself as upstanding, efficient and curious. • You are able to work in a multicultural team and collaborate with other departments. • You are fluent in English. German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or French are a plus. • Having prior experience in the field is a plus.
