Job Description
Think it, build it, ship it, tweak it" is at the core of Spotify's development approach, and in the Experimentation product area we are providing Spotify teams the platform and the best practices to do exactly this: quickly and safely iterate through ideas, learn from them and make informed decisions for better products. Today we are running simultaneous experiments across several hundreds of teams working on a multitude of different products built for hundreds of millions of users. Experimentation touches almost all of our functions from marketing via content management to consumer products. On top of that, we’re making our experimentation platform available to external companies in the form of Confidence. And we are only in the very beginning of this transformative journey. You will join a multidisciplinary team that shares the passion of bringing the best experimentation platform to the world. As an engineer in our team you will have the opportunity to develop all your engineering skills - from core backend systems to sophisticated frontends. If you want to understand more about our products and Experimental Platform, please check out the links below: -
