Customer Support Representative

for our team in Budapest.

The Role:

This role is responsible to provide Mobile & Fixed Line Expense Management service for all Brands and Functions in EMEA & LATAM Region including mobile procurement and mobile plan optimization

Responsibilities

• Collect information which helps us disconnect fixed mobile lines globally.
• Assist with the migration to MS Teams.
• Check service lines and allocate their cost based on their location.
• Maintain a database and collect information regarding service providers and users.
• Troubleshoot billing issues.
• Support our colleagues with questions via phone, chat or e-mail.
• Research issues by collaborating with other colleagues.
• Identify, escalate and/or redirect priority issues to product owner as needed.
• Stay current with application updates to provide support to our colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience providing customer support.
• Preferred experience with billing and invoices.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with SharePoint.
• Effective communication skills, including listening, writing, and speaking in English.
• Ability to work independently.
