As one of our talented La Mer Beauty Advisors, you will continually exceed customer expectations within this ultimate luxury brand. Exceptional customer service skills (practicing The La Mer Ritual), excellent product knowledge, extensive skincare expertise and the drive to achieve all sales targets, are essential in this role.

With your passion for high quality skin care, people, our company, products and services, you provide every customer with a unique and inspiring La Mer Beauty Experience, which he or she will often remember with pleasure.

• 2-3 years of retail experience in a luxury cosmetics environment and skin care preferred
• A degree as an esthetician is a plus
• Service expertise in a luxury environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service
• Superb communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events
• Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
