We are looking for a talented Executive Partner who can help support our Supply Chain Division at Spreetail. We are looking for someone who can help with operational support, meeting support and administrative support for the division and VP.

How you will achieve success:

• Assist with the coordination of key projects by tracking deliverables, timelines, and ensuring communication flows efficiently between departments.
• Draft, edit, and distribute project management tools, presentations and drive communications on behalf of executive to ensure high-quality and timely completion from all key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring logistics are in place and all necessary stakeholders are informed.
• Proactively and strategically manage calendar priorities for the executive – scheduling and prioritizing meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all relevant materials are prepared.
• Track progress on action items from meetings, keeping executive informed and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. .
• Hands-on and jump on all tasks with a "no job too big or too small" attitude.
• Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail. and follow-through.
• Able to juggle rapidly shifting priorities.
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.

$61,000 - $75,000 a year Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,000 to 75,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
