Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting. The Sourcing Partner will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor talent strategies to enhance sourcing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database, ensuring accurate documentation of candidate interactions and pipeline status.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates to the team on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback and candidate engagement.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT roles.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and job market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
• High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
