Position Description:

• The Candidate should be proficient on handling the service delivery of Oracle ERP AMS contracts and minor/major projects/Roll-Outs of Oracle EBS and Cloud/Fusion Apps
• Should have very good working knowledge and experience on Oracle EBS 11i and R12 and Cloud/Fusion Apps modules.
• Must have very good experience on team management, work allocation, monitoring & tracking, and generating the status reports.
• Very good skills in management of cross-cultural teams.
• Should understand the business process flows, customizations, Integration and data flow between different systems.
• The candidate must have very good knowledge on OUM methodology.
• Should plan and manage the day-to-day activities of service delivery and capacity planning
• Plan and execute the projects and monitoring & controlling it. Responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and to specifications
• Resource recruitment, Setting the goals and conducting the performance/appraisal reviews and sharing the constructive feedback
• Working experience with the clients from North America and Europe
• Able to take the lead on project status meetings with the onshore and customer
• Able to work on the required shifts of the projects.
• Very good communication and interaction skills, conflict resolution, decision making, and able to handle complex/critical situations
• Very good interpersonal and presentation skills, manages conflict, problem solving, takes initiative, teamwork, and time management.
• High attention to detail and quality of delivery
