Agency Workers will receive a W2 from the staffing agency reporting their earnings for tax purposes.Title: Digital Retouching Coordinator Assignment Details : 40 hrs a weekPreferred Location: RemoteRate: $28/hr Start date: September 16thEnd date: 6 months assignment with potential for extensionAssignment Description:As a Retouching Coordinator (Remote) for the Dotdash Meredith Commerce group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the image retouching process for our product testing program. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of image retouching, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving workflow efficiencies.In this role, you will collaborate daily with retouchers to ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards and are completed on time. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise will be essential in managing priorities, timelines, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional work. The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Photography or related field; or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retouching, image specialist, digital technician or similar roles, with a proven track record in managing projects and performing high-quality retouching.

About you:

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating retouching projects from initiation to completion. Help manage project timelines, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Workflow Support: Aid in the development and maintenance of retouching workflows. Ensure that all project tasks are completed according to established processes and quality standards.
• Task Management: Monitor and manage daily tasks for the retouching team. Follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met and workflows are adhered to.
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between retouchers and cross functional teams. Ensure clear and effective communication of project requirements, feedback, and updates.
• Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools such as Airtable to maintain project schedules, track milestones, and update project statuses. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues or delays in the retouching process. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving problems to keep projects on track.
• Software Utilization: Use Adobe Suite (Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom), Google Suite, Airtable, and Woodwing assets to support project management tasks. Ensure effective organization and management of digital assets.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of retouching processes by providing feedback and suggestions based on project experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a project management or coordination role, with a strong understanding of image retouching.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with image retouching processes and proficiency in relevant software tools. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various teams and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to proactively address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
