The Team

You will be part of the Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) business group whose vision is to extend human potential and help anyone be at their creative and productive best in their workspace. Joining the PWS China for China team, you will contribute to delivering superior and innovative products for the Chinese market.

The Role

As a Global Product Manager in our Shanghai office, you will lead the development of our products from the original value proposition to the successful market launch. Your primary focus will be to develop a deep understanding of China, from both a consumer and market perspective, and to partner with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver best in class user experiences which will be essential to support Logitech’s market growth.

This is an exciting and fast moving role, where you will make a huge impact! You’ll report to the China for China Group Product Manager based in Shanghai, and you’ll work within a team of product and business managers in China, whilst collaborating with our global Logitech teams across Asia and beyond.

In this role you will:

• Contribute to the definition of Logitech China product roadmap
• Craft the end-to-end experience of industry leading product in collaboration with marketing, design, engineering, hardware and software teams
• Drive prototype creations and organize reviews to improve product experiences
• Effectively prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive mid to long term initiatives to build new ingredients that will fuel Logitech innovation and roadmap
• Develop best in class intelligence on all aspects, from consumer knowledge, to competition and business in general
• Be the reference point for a cross-functional team, offering insights on the trends impacting the Logitech PWS category and the peripherals industry as a whole

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in hardware product management
• Experience managing all aspects of product development
• Strong ability to translate market data, consumer insights and technologies into appealing product vision.
• Ability to take calculated risks and stand behind your choices with sound business acumen
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams
• Quickly grasp technology constraints and capabilities, to devise creative yet pragmatic solutions
• Best candidate will be curious, insightful, and creative, with a strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
• Software product management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication (oral & written) skills in both Mandarin and English
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally
