How you will achieve success:
- Communicate directly with our vendors via email.
- Analyze monthly financial statement accounts against prior month and prior year actuals.
- Understand and execute end-to-end payables life cycle.
- Reconcile payables with an open balance at month end and assist in weekly payment processes.
- Execute tasks in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, department, and team metrics.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 1-2+ years’ experience in accounting/business/finance field required.
- Expertise in customer service.
- SQL or advanced Microsoft Excel skillset a plus.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work both independently and in a cross functional team and with various levels within the organization.
$17 - $21.50 an hour Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $17/hr to $
21.50/hr . Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
