Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Governance Leadership: Lead senior-level governance and steering meetings to drive decision-making and ensure alignment with the transformation program's strategic objectives.
• Program Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive program status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
• Proof of Concept (POC) Support: Oversee the planning and execution of POC initiatives, ensuring thorough preparation and readiness for full-scale implementation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution, fostering collaboration and alignment across all program phases.
