Job Description: Communications & HR Intern

Job Scope

In this role, the Communications & HR Intern will partner with various key stakeholders in the local and global Takeda organization to perform site wide learning and communication responsibilities. If you are passionate and enthusiastic to learn the biopharmaceutical process at a holistic perspective, you will enjoy your learning journey with this fun and close-knit team.

The key responsibilities of the Communications & HR Intern are as below.

Communications Support

· Manages site wide weekly cascade packs (develop, edit, refine, format to Takeda template) and publish on Sharepoint

· Utilizes photographic equipment and photo-enhancing/video-editing software

· Assists in site communications events

· Write news article to be posted on Yammer and Sharepoint after event

· Prepare current and relevant DE&I slide (monthly)

· Coordinates any updates and amendments to site intranet/Sharepoint

HR Support

· Responsible to coordinate onsite Learning and Training activities (includes logistics arrangement, planning and scheduling, management of global to local materials)

· Support administration of documents and training claims preparation for audit (internal and external)

· Provide other operational support and administration as assigned by supervisor

Preferred Job Requirements or Experience

· Keen interest to work in a biopharmaceutical industry

· Experience in e-learning content development tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise 360)

· Experience in Microsoft Office

· Experience in photo-enhancing/video-editing software (e.g. iMovie/Photoshop/Premier Pro)

· Detail-oriented and proactive towards job responsibilities

· Good interpersonal and analytical skills

· Ability to manage various stakeholders

· Team Player
