ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Talent Acquisition partner at Takeda based in Mexico City, you will deliver specialized Talent Acquisition support to various global business units and markets within the Americas region, including our Innovation Capability Center. As part of the global TA team, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, that will provide you the opportunity to have a global exposure and a broader experience. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas region but will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Regional Lead for Latin America.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to source and select high-quality talent.
  • Lead end-to-end search strategy and execution with a focus on metric-driven assignments.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor and guide hiring managers on recruitment processes using core Talent Acquisition applications.
  • Facilitate 'Recruiting Strategy' meetings to set expectations and deliverables.
  • Consult on diversity recruitment goals and ensure diverse candidate slates.
  • Provide counsel on candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and market trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, internal/external clients, and partners.
  • Maintain external focus: stay informed of labor market trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify recruitment challenges and provide feedback to enhance processes.
  • Build Takeda’s reputation as a top employer through social, events, and candidate engagement marketing
  • Support and drive talent process improvements, leveraging data and technology to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Strategic Agility – We are looking for an enterprise strategic thinker who finds innovative ways to develop solutions
  • Meet staffing metrics including Time-to-Fill, Cost-Per-Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Candidate Satisfaction and Quality of Hire.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • +5 years of professional recruitment experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate complex issues and concepts to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process orchestrating a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • A data-oriented approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to improve talent processes.
  • Experience managing niche hiring within the tech industry
  • Proficient with or ability to learn HR databases, applicant tracking software (Workday) or other recruitment systems & candidate management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry
  • Experience hiring for North America and Latin America countries
  • Experience partnering with RPO

REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is a Hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office, based in Santa Fe, two to three days a week.
