Join our exciting and new Innovation Capability Center (ICC)in Bratislava, Slovakia. This specialized, innovative, and state of the art center of technological resources will drive data and digital capabilities and solutions across Takeda. The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

Grow your data and digital skills, create, and enhance solutions for patients around the globe, and help us create a data and digital-forward Takeda. This is a unique opportunity to become the heart of our internal innovation engine.

We are looking for student to assist with day-to-day operations of HR Department.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support activities related to the onboarding process (organizing pre-hire medical checks and BOZP & PO trainings)
• Compile and update employee records and documentation (Responsible for archiving & scanning of documents)
• Active participation and support of company events for employees.
• Participation in various human resources projects.
• Other HR activities according to the instructions of the superior.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• University student
• English - Upper-intermediate (B2)
• Microsoft Office - Skillful

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Fluent in Slovak and high level of English both in speaking and writing.
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• University student
• Teamwork
• Student working arrangement for 1 year with possibility to prolong

Compensation

Salary

Proposed salary for HR intern is 6 Euro/hour. Intern will be working 20 hours per week max.
