Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Purchasing and Finance Departments in vendor selection and review.
• According to marketing activity plan of product team, provide innovative, effective and workable marketing activity scheme.
• Design marketing activity implementation workflow, push effective implementation of marketing activity, ensure accomplishment within planned time and budget.
• Keep close communication with Finance Department and strictly control the budget.
• Other temporary tasks assigned by MM.
• Strictly follow compliance requirement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

• Bachelor Degree or above, Life Science, Administrative Management or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.

Working Experience in Relevant Field

• 3+ years of marketing activity organization and project administrative management experiences, Pharmaceutical MNC is preferred.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

• Skilled in using computer office software.
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills and organizing ability.
• Strong conscientiousness.
• Willing to accept challenge and work under high pressure.
