Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Lead the development and implementation of new paid marketing testing initiatives.
- Explore all offerings with current partners to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Evaluate new platforms and partnerships to expand our content marketing reach and effectiveness.
Project Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for all testing initiatives and improvement projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to execute testing efforts effectively.
- Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
Testing and Optimization:- Design and oversee A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with content marketing analysts to implement changes based on test results to continuously improve campaign performance.
Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative services, editorial, business intelligence, legal, and media technology.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Assist in fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation within the content marketing team.
Continuous Learning and Development:- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid marketing and digital advertising.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in paid marketing and digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with healthcare or publishing industries is a plus.
