Job Description
Laserfiche seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to oversee and drive growth within our designated region. This role involves setting and executing strategies, initiating processes, and driving revenue growth while leading and directing team members. The ideal candidate will develop overall strategies for the region, create tailored programs for specific Solution Providers, and spearhead new initiatives to continuously enhance and refine our processes.
Location: About the Role - Essential Functions - Creates strategy for regional growth
- Creation and execution of business plan with minimal direction
- Works directly with Solution Providers on opportunities to close more business
- Grow new and underperforming Solution Providers through activities and initiatives
- Consistent improvement of Solution Providers by communicating corporate interest and resources
- Handles any issues that arise due to conflict within channel and properly enforces Laserfiche policy
- Manages the Sales process within an assigned Region
- Ultimately responsible for regional performance as it relates to designated quotas
- Identifies strategic technology companies for recruitment as Laserfiche Solution Providers who can impact the region in a larger way.
- Works closely with Marketing and the Industry Marketing Group in identifying trends and aligning company messaging with the region.
About You - Essential Qualifications- Ability to fully execute an opportunity through the sales process
- Serve as an expert resource to Solution Providers
- Analytical mind with ability to think strategically
- Ability to direct execution of strategic plan
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- 3-5 years’ experience in management (channel or territory)
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.
- Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
