About the Role: As a Project Specialist specializing in Marketing at IPSY, you will play a pivotal role in project coordinating the execution of various creative assets across all channels, including social, email and site updates. Leveraging your project management skills and experience in overseeing asset execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful timeline setup and asset execution.

This is a temporary position that reports to the Director of Brand Operations. This role is fully remote.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Utilize your project management expertise to create comprehensive timelines, defining owners, and monitoring progress to ensure timelines stay on track for successful execution of creative assets.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Brand Partners, and Site Operations teams to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with overall goals/briefs.
• Maintain clear and open communication channels with stakeholders, provide regular progress updates, and adjust timelines accordingly.
• Identify potential challenges or issues that could impact asset success.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of project management experience preferably with a focus on creative and marketing assets.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of assets simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with the ability to find creative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and working effectively under pressure.
• Comfort with utilizing various project management and collaboration tools, as well as proficiency in Asana, Google Sheets/Docs, Slack.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of building positive relationships and fostering teamwork.

Salary Range: $30-35 USD Per Hour Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits.
